Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 19։08-ին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Առինջ գյուղում տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ, կան տուժածներ և արգելափակված քաղաքացի։ Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Փրկարարական ուժերի վարչության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի փրկարարական խումբը։ Պարզվել է, որ բախվել են «GAZelle» և «Mercedes-Benz» մակնիշների ավտոմեքենաները. վարորդները և երեք ուղևոր հոսպիտալացվել են բժշկական կենտրոններ: Փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենաները և փակել գազի բալոնների փականները:

Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 20։05-ին Կոտայքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 33-րդ կմ-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ: Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ մարզային փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ: Պարզվել է, որ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 33-րդ կմ-ին «ZIL» մակնիշի բեռնատարը (բեռնված քարով) դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածից և հայտնվելով ծառերի արանքում՝ կոտրել դրանցից մեկը։ Բեռնատարի թափքը պոկվել է, քարերը թափվել են, առկա է գազի արտահոսք. տուժածներ չկան: Փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենան, փակել գազի բալոնի փականը և մասնատել կոտրված ծառը:

Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 15:38-ին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Առինջ գյուղում տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ՝ բետոնախառնիչը կողաշրջվել է, կա արգելափակված քաղաքացի։ Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ և հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի փրկարարական խումբը: Պարզվել է, որ Թբիլիսյան խճուղում «FAW» մակնիշի բետոնախառնիչը կողաշրջվել է։ Փրկարարները վարորդին դուրս են բերել արգելափակումից․ տուժածը հոսպիտալացվել է բժշկական կենտրոն։

Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 14։33-ին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Աճառյան փողոցում տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ՝ բախվել է երեք ավտոմեքենա, առկա է վառելիքի արտահոսք։ Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ։ Պարզվել է, որ բախվել են «Nissan», «Ford» և «Toyota» մակնիշների ավտոմեքենաները․ առկա է վառելիքի արտահոսք, տուժածներ չկան։ Փրկարարները փակել են ավտոմեքենաների գազի բալոնների փականները, հոսանքազրկել «Nissan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան և իրականացրել ճանապարհի լվացման աշխատանքներ։

An idea that is already a reality: the volunteer fire and rescue base of Spitak community, renovated and reequipped, was operated on October 10. The base, established in 2021, was renovated within the framework of the Volfire program by funded the Austrian Development Agency and the Austrian Red Cross. The opening ceremony of the volunteer fire and rescue base in Mets Parni was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Rescue Service, the Embassy of France in Armenia, the Austrian Red Cross, the Austrian Development Agency, the Armenian Red Cross, regional and community authorities and non-governmental organizations. The Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took an active part in the re-equipment of the base, donating a fire truck to the community, as well as organizing training and qualification exams for volunteers. The Lori Regional Administration, the Spitak Community Administration and the Armenian Red Cross also provided support. Bagrat Vardazaryan, Deputy Head of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service expressed his gratitude the volunteers and representatives of the organizations that contributed to the renovation and re-equipment of the base, and emphasized the practical steps towards the development of a volunteer culture. Thierry Gerard, Head of the Austrian Red Cross Program, congratulating the volunteers of the base, noted that the Austrian company was expressed its support to the Spitak community in this way.The representatives of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs presented badges to the qualified volunteers. Volunteers who received the rescuer qualification demonstrated their professional skills in crisis situations through training. The introduction of a volunteer fire and rescue institute in communities is an important step in the context of ensuring the safety of the population and rapid response in crisis situations.

On October 16, from 11:00 to 12:00, a practical training on “Warning, wvacuation, shelter” will be held at Geghanist Settlement Secondary School of Masis community of Ararat province, during which a civil defense siren will be used. Please do not panic.

On October 16, from 11:00 to 16:00, civil defense sirens will be tested in Nor Hachn town of Nor Hachn community and in Karenis settlement of Charentsavan community of Kotayk province. Please do not panic.

The delegation led by the Director of RS-Deputy Minister of IA Kamo Tsutsulyan, participated in the annual meeting of the Africa-Europe-Central Asia (AEME) regional working group of the international urban search and rescue advisory group in Prague, Czech Republic, during which the activity conducted in 2025 was summarized. During the reporting period, one team was qualified, four were requalified and dozens of exercises were organized. As of October 2025, there are 58 qualified teams worldwide (34 heavy, 20 medium and 4 light).During the meeting, group discussions were held on the main strategic provisions for 2021-2026: quality standards, localization, flexible response and partnership. The strategy for 2026-2030 was discussed. The work plan for the next year was also presented. Accordingly, 3 qualification and 12 requalification processes are planned to be conducted in the region in 2026. New manuals of the International Urban Search and Rescue Advisory Group will be published in 2026. Director of RS-Deputy Minister of IA Kamo Tsutsulyan had meetings with the Secretary of the International Urban Search and Rescue Advisory Group Sebastian Rodes Stampa, General Director of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic Vladimir Vlček, Head of the Rapid Response Unit of the Swiss Cooperation Office David Sokor, political leaders and experts of the countries of the International Urban Search and Rescue Advisory Group region. An agreement was reached with the Head of the Rapid Response Unit of the Swiss Cooperation Office David Sokor to begin the preparatory work for the requalification process of the Armenian COP team. Kamo Tsutsulyan invited David Sokor to Armenia to conduct a preliminary assessment of the team's needs. The Russian Federation had assumed the chairmanship of the regional working group of the International Urban Search and Rescue Advisory Group.

On October 15, at 08։59 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Hnaberd village: there were stuck citizens. One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene. It turned out that “Chery” car had ran off the roadway and crashed into a tree at the beginning of Hnaberd village. Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver had been pulled out of the car by the local forces. The rescuers closed the gas valve of the car and moved the driver to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.

On October 15, at 07։11 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that barn had been on fire near a house on the 1st street of Getamej village. One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene. The fire was localized at 08:23 and extinguished at 09:08. The wooden constructions (about 40 square meters ) of the roof of the barn (about (150 square meters) were burnt and animals were died.
