How is psychological assistance implemented?

Psychological assistance is provided in 3 main directions:

Psychodiagnostic
Psychorehabilitation
Rapid response

With the mutual consent of the counselor and the caller, psychological assistance and consultation are provided in the territory of the Ministry's authorized subdivision

How to apply?

Psychological consultation requests and information are received at the emergency call center's duty section via the following methods:

Psychological assistance requests are not handled in the following cases:

The nature of the call does not relate to the functions of the Psychological Assistance Division of Rescue Service
The call is clearly false or found to be false upon follow-up verification
The caller speaks a foreign language (except for English and Russian)
The caller uses inappropriate or offensive language.

Legal information

The decree by the RA Minister of Emergency Situations on the procedures for handling calls receiving, recording and transmitting information from the citizens and other individuals, as well as executing orders and directives from higher command authorities within the "911" service.
