On April 29, at 19:39 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Operative Management Center that rockfall had occurred on Noravan-Kapan roadway, as a result of which the roadway was blocked.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

It turned out that a rockfall (about 10 cubic meters) occurred at the 31st km of the Sisian–Ltsen–Tatev roadway, and the road section became one-way. 

The rescuers removed the rocks: two-way traffic was restored.
