Education

In 1995 graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Architecture and Construction, in 2009 - Police Academy of RA.

Service to the Armed Forces

From 13.03.1996 to 06.03.1998 he served in Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

Work Experience

From December 29, 2001 to June 11, 2003, he was an engineer in charge of operational communication and special equipment of Tavush Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
From 11.06.2003 to 27.07.2004 - Inspector of the group of juvenile affairs of Ijevan Division of Tavush Regional Department of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
From 27.07.2004 to 21.05.2010 - operative, senior operative of Ijevan Division of the Regional Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From 21.05.2010 to 19.12.2011 - Deputy Head of Dilijan Division of Tavush Regional Department of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From 19.12.2011 to 30.12.2011 - Head of Dilijan Division of Tavush Regional Department of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From 30.12.2011 to 28.02.2012, Kamo Tsutsulyan was in the personnel reserve of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From February 28, 2012 to June 12, 2013, he held the position of Chief of Staff of Tavush Regional Department of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From June 12, 2013 to June 27, 2013, he was in the personnel reserve of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From 27.06.2013 to 29.11.2013, he held the position of Deputy Head of Tavush Regional Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From 29.11.2013 to 19.06.2020 - Deputy Head of the Tavush Regional Department of the Police of RA for operations.
From 19.06.2020 to 08.05.2021 - Head of Head of the Ararat Regional Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From 07.05.2021 to 09.01.2023 - Deputy Chief of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
By the decree of RA Prime Minister dated 7 January 2023, Kamo Kolya Tsutsulyan was appointed to the position of Director of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
By the decree of RA Prime Minister dated 27 May 2024, he was awarded the rank of Major General of Rescue Service.

Awards

By the decree of the RA President dated 2016, Kamo Tsutsulyan was awarded the medal "For excellent protection of public order", as well as medals and badges of the RA Police and other departments.

Activities in the field of international cooperation

In 2023, political affairs officer of Armenia in the Secretariat of the UN International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG).

Marital Status

He is married, with two children.
