4. Timetables, as well as the names, surnames, education, profession, position, phone number of workplace, e-mail of officials;
5. Hiring procedure and vacancies;
6. Impact on the environment;
7. Projects of public events;
8. Procedure, day, time and place of citizens' reception;
9. Pricing procedure, prices (tariffs) in the field of works and services;
10. The list of managed information and the management procedure;
11. Statistical and summary data on the requests received, including the reasons for refusal;
12. The sources of processing or receiving the information specified in this part;
13. Data of the person authorized to clarify the information defined in this part.
