It is necessary to enter the e-request.am website, register and fill in the relevant fields by sending an application.
The letter must be written in Armenian, signed, mentioneing the applicant's surname, first name, middle name, address of residence, work or educational institution. In the absence of the above information, the letter is not processed.
All fields must be filled.
