On November 10, at 14։32 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had been fallen and injured his leg near the chapel called "Saint Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers took M. S. (born in 1960) down the hillside (about 2 km) by car and moved the citizen to the ambulance on a stretcher about 200 meters.
