Gas cylinder explosion in Yeraskh village: there were casualties

On February 6, at 16:02 information was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that a gas explosion had occurred in one of the houses at the roundabout of Yeraskh village: there were casualties.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched at the scene. 

It turned out that an explosion had occurred as a result of a leak from a 20-kg gas cylinder in a house on Gortsaranayin Street of the village. Three residents of the house were injured: E. A. (born in 2007), A. A. (born in 1976) and T. Kh. (born in 1969), who were transferred to a medical center.

The rescuers were on duty until the gas cylinder was discharged.

The windows and doors of the house were damaged as a result of the explosion.
