On December 18, at 17:12 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that car had run off the roadway due to black ice and stuck in the hole on the roadway of Karmravan village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers pulled stuck “Mercedes-Benz” car (driver K. G. born in 1976) out.
