On July 26, at 14:20, the operative group on duty in the Khosrov State Reserve noticed a grass fire in sector No. 1.

Four fire units and 12 operative groups from Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized on July 26 at 19:04 and extinguished on July 27 at 22:16.

Police forces, reserve employees, eco-patrol service employees, partner organization personnel, local residents, and a Ministry of Defense helicopter were also involved in the fire suppression efforts within the Khosrov State Reserve.

Approximately 3 hectares of grassland, trees, and shrubs were burned.

The rescuers established duty shifts.

The firefighting operations on site were led by Kamo Tsutsulyan, Director of Rescue Service-Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
