On January 14, at 13:05 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had been fallen and injured his leg near Saint Hovhannes chapel in Hartagyugh village: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers carried S. K. (born 1980) down the mountainside (about 300 meters) on a stretcher and moved to the ambulance.
