You have chosen not just a profession, but a calling that requires courage, composure and unwavering dedication: Director of RS-Deputy Minister of IA Kamo Tsutsulyan
Dear rescuers, dear colleagues,
I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of September 4 as the Rescuer’s Professional Day.
This is a celebration dedicated to your devotion and courage, for every step you take and every danger you overcome. You have chosen not just a profession, but a calling that demands bravery, balance and unconditional commitment. Your mission is to rescue, protect and give strength to people at the very moment when they need it the most.
Being a rescuer means appearing where danger is already a reality. Acting in decisive seconds, often risking one's life, for the sake of saving another. This is not a job with a schedule, but a calling that requires constant vigilance, endurance and greatness of spirit.
At the core of the Rescue Service of MIA is based on human life as the supreme value. Highly prepared and responsible system has been formed around this idea for years, which today is a strategic pillar of population protection.
The Rescue Service plays a key role not only in providing rapid response to emergencies, but also in risk prevention, the development of the civil protection system, strengthening community resilience and advancing crisis management.
I extend words of respect and gratitude to all the servicemen and women who wear the rescuer’s uniform with honor. The firefighters, sappers, cynologists, chemists, doctors, psychologists, you all together form a united force, built upon one paramount mission: to help and to save.
Our rescuers have proven not only in the homeland but also on international platforms their high level of preparedness and their ability to carry out the humanitarian mission with dignity.
The work of a rescuer is often done unnoticed, but never goes unnoticed. It is expressed in lives saved, strong handshakes and gratitude.
On the occasion of your professional holiday, I wish you all health, strength, confidence and trouble-free service.
Kamo TSUTSULYAN
