South-east wind speed is 2-5 m/s, on February 18-19 the wind speed may reach up to 20-25 m/s, on 20-21 15-18 m/s.

In the daytime of February 17-18 the air temperature will gradually increase by another 2-3 degrees, on February 20-22 will gradually decrease by 10-14 degrees both in the daytime and at night.

In the daytime of February 17, on 18, at night of 19 no precipitation is predicted. In the afternoon of February 19, on 20-22 snow is predicted, at night of 20 and in the daytime of 21-intensive.
