In the daytime of January 17, on 18, in the daytime of 19, in the daytime of 20, on 21-22 no precipitation is predicted. In the evening of January 19, at night of 20 in separate regions light snow is predicted. 

North-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s, On January 17-20 in separate regions the wind speeds may reach up to 15-18 m/s.

In the daytime of January  17 the air temperature will increase by 1-2 degrees, then it will not change considerably.
