In the daytime of March 14, on 15-17, at night of 18, no precipitation is predicted. In the late evening of March 18, on 19 in separate regions precipitation is predicted. 

South-east wind speed is 2-5 m/s. On March 17 and 19 in separate regions the wind speed may reach up to 15-19 m/s and on 18 up to 18-23 m/s. 

In the daytime of March 14, on 15-17 the air temperature will gradually increase by 4-5 degrees.
