According to the Action plan for July, the employees of the Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted a series of training aimed at developing the skills in emergency situations, forming knowledge, as well as increasing preparation and awareness.

Particularly, a staff training on "Organization of measures to protect staff and pupils in case of an enemy air attack" was held in the office of the head of the Nor-Nork administrative district at the aim to improve the theoretical abilities of the management of the administrative district in decision-making regarding the organization of measures to protect the population in emergency situations.

Special tactical training on "Organization and implementation of firefighting operations" were held at "Music School named after V. Mokatsyan", "Parakar Kindergarten", "Proshyan Star Kindergarten" SNPOs.

The purpose of the training was to support the development of the tactical thinking of the command staff, to contribute to the improvement of the management of forces and resources during fires, as well as the improvement of the practical abilities of commanders unit, to check the degree of readiness of fire units.

Special tactical trainings on "Organization of protection of staff and pupils in case of a strong earthquake and fire" were organized and held by rescuers in kindergartens No. 34, No. 94, No. 123 and No. 158, Polyclinic No. 20 and Aram Khachatryan House-Museum of Yerevan city in the purpose to increase the level of staff and organizations collaboration, to improve the practical skills of the staff of the institutions.

Totally of 846 participants actively participated in the events.

Emphasizing the need to implement similar measures and aiming to improve knowledge, skills and abilities of the employees in emergency situations, such measures will be of a continuous nature by the units of the Yerevan Rescue Department.
