Dear Women and Girls,

On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of you.

In our country, women's participation in various fields of social and political life is steadily increasing alongside the expansion of the roles attributed to them. This highlights the growing opportunities for the full realization of women's potential.

The presence of both women’s and men’s collective intelligence in teams and leadership positions fosters more creative thinking, a comprehensive approach to problem-solving, greater discipline and a shift from merely identifying issues to developing effective solutions. This will undoubtedly contribute to building a more harmonious society and ensuring sustainable progress for our state.

I would like to extend my special congratulations to all the women serving within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, recognizing their crucial role in the challenging and responsible mission of ensuring public security.

Dear officers and employees, through your example, you prove that women can also be highly skilled police officers, rescuers and security and public service specialists.
