On June 12, at 18:04 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Operative Management Center that four citizens had crossed to the other side of a river in an area called "Dzer" and were unable to return, requiring the assistance of rescuers.

One fire unit and the operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the citizens had crossed the river in a “UAZ” vehicle in the area known as "Dzer" near Vardahovit settlement and were unable to return.

With the assistance of rescuers, the citizens were safely transported to the other side of the river.a
