South-west wind speed is 2–5 m/s. In the daytime of March 31 in separate regions the wind speed may reach up to 13-16 m/s.

In the daytime of April 1-3, the air temperature will gradually increase by 2-4 degrees.

In the daytime of March 31, on April 2-4, at night of 5 from time to time rain is predicted. On April 1, at nigh of 2, in the daytime of 5 no precipitation is predicted.
