Due to the penetration of a cyclone from the Mediterranean Sea, in most regions of the republic from the afternoon continuing into evening of December 31, on January 1–2 snow is predicted, in separate areas -heavy. In separate areas of the mountainous regions of the republic, the wind speed may reach up to 18–23 m/s, blizzards and low horizontal visibility are predicted. Throughout the republic at night of January 3–4, the air temperature will decrease by 14–18 degrees.

In the afternoon of December 31, on January 1-2 in most regions of the republic snow is predicted, in separate regions - heavy, in mountainous regions blizzard and low visibility are predicted. On January 1-2 in most regions snow is predicted. On January 3-5 no precipitation is predicted. Northwest wind speed is 2-5 m/s, in the daytime of December 31, on January 1-2 in separate regions wind speeds may reach up to 18-23 m/s. At night of January 1 the air temperature will increase by 9-11 degrees, on January 3-4 it will gradually decrease by 14-18 degrees.

In Yerevan

In the daytime of December 31, on January 1-2 snow is predicted. On January 3-5 no precipitation is predicted.
