In the daytime of December 30, at night of 31, on January 3-4 no precipitation is predicted. In the daytime of December 31, on January 1-2 in most regions snow is predicted, blizzard, low horizontal visibility in mountainous regions.  On the night of December 30 and in the morning hours of December 31 black ice on the roadways of the Republic is predicted.

Northwest wind speed is 2-5 m/s, in the daytime of December 30, on 31, on January 1 in separate regions wind speeds may reach up to 18-23 m/s.

At night of January 1 the air temperature will increase by 9-11 degrees, on January 3-4 it will gradually decrease by 14-18 degrees.
