South-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s, on October 29  in separate regions the wind speed may reach up to 16-20 m/s.

In the daytime of October 29, on 30 the air temperature will decrease by 6-9 degrees, on November 1-3 it will gradually increase by 2-4 degrees.
