In the daytime of February 26, on 27-28 in most regions precipitation is predicted: in the foothills and valley regions – in the form of sleet, in separate mountainous regions – blizzard, low horizontal visibility.

South-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s. On February 25-27 in separate regions the wind speed may reach up to 15-19 m/s.

In the daytime of February 26-28 the air temperature will gradually decrease by 8-5 degrees.

In the daytime of February 23 and 25, at night of 26 no precipitation is predicted. On February 24, at night of 25 from time to time short-term rain is predicted. In the afternoon of February 26, on 27-28 precipitation is predicted: at night in the form of snow and in the daytime - sleet.
