South-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s, In the daytime of January 22, on 23-24 in separate regions the wind speed may reach up to 15-18 m/s.

At night of January 23 the air temperature will increase by 4-6 degrees, on 24-25 it will gradually decrease by 2-4 degrees.
