In the evening of August 19, at night and in the evening of 20 in separate regions short-term rain with thunderstorm is predicted. On August 21-24 no precipitation is predicted.

North-east and east wind speed is 4-7 m/s, during the thunderstorm the wind speed may reach up to 17-20 m/s.

The air temperature in the daytime of August 23-24 will increase by 2-4 degrees.

In the daytime of August 19, on 21-24 no precipitation is predicted.  In the afternoon of August 20 in separate parts of the city short-term rain with thunderstorm is possible, during the wind speed may reach up to 17-20 m/s.
