North-west wind speed is 2–5 m/s, during the thunderstorm the wind speed may reach up to 18-23 m/s.

In the daytime of May 18 and 19 the air temperature will decrease by 3-6 degrees.

In the daytime of May 18, on 19-203 from time to time short-term rain with thunderstorm is predicted, during the thunderstorm the wind speed may reach up to 17-20 m/s. In the evening of May 18 and at night of May 19 the precipitation will be intense in certain parts of the city.
