South-west wind speed is 4-8 m/s, in separate regions the wind speed may reach up: on February 18 - to 24-28 m/s, on 19, on 22 - by 14-18 m/s, in separate mountainous regions - blizzard, low horizontal visibility.

In the daytime of February 18 the air temperature will gradually increase by 2-3 degrees, on 19-20 it will gradually decrease by 4-5 degrees, in Lori, Tavush and Syunik provinces - by 7-10 degrees.
