In the daytime of February 16, on 17, at night of 18, on 20-21 no precipitation is predicted. In the evening of February 18, on 19 in separate regions precipitation is predicted: in the foothills and valleys - in the form of sleet, in the mountainous regions - snow. 

South-west wind speed is 3-6 m/s, in the daytime of 16, on 17-19 in separate regions the wind speed may reach up to 14-17 m/s, in separate mountainous regions - blizzard, low horizontal visibility.

On February 17-18 the air temperature will gradually increase by 2-3 degrees.
