In the daytime of March 16, at night of March 17, from time to time on March 20 in most regions, and on March 21 in separate regions, precipitation is predicted: in mountainous areas – in the form of snow, in foothill and valley regions – in the form of rain. In mountainous regions, fog, low horizontal visibility, and icy roads are expected. In the daytime of March 17 and on March 18–19, no precipitation is predicted.

North-east wind speed is 2–5 m/s.

Air temperaturein the daytime of March 16–19 will gradually increase by 4–6 degrees.

In the daytime of March 16, at night of 17 and on 20-21 rain is predicted. In the daytime of March 17, on 18-19 no precipitation is predicted.
