In the afternoon of July 3, at night and in the afternoon of 4-8 in most regions short-term rain and thunderstorms are predicted, in separate regions hail is also predicted. On July 4-7 in separate regions precipitation will be heavy.

West wind speed is 2–5 m/s, during the thunderstorm the wind speed may reach up to 18-23 m/s.

In the daytime of July 3 the air temperature will increase by 1-2 degrees, in the daytime of July 4-6 will gradually decrease by 5-7 degrees.

During the late evening of July 3, at night and in the afternoon of 4-8 short-term rain and thunderstorms are predicted, during the thunderstorm the wind speed may reach up to 17-20 m/s. In the evening of July 4, at night of 5 in separate parts of the city precipitation will be heavy.
