On July 4, at 15:56 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that water rescuers on duty at public beach No. 2 had noticed two minors in danger of drowning.

The water rescuers responded quickly to the situation and thanks to their prompt actions the citizens safely brought the citizens out from a distance of about 20 meters.
