On August 15, at 10։49 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car had got stuck in a water pipe in Tsamakaberd block.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The water rescuers pulled stuck “UAZ” car out.
