On September 9, from 16:15 the emergency calls were received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that bicycle boat had been overturned in Lake Sevan: the rescuers' help was needed.

The group from the Special Water Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The water rescuers moved citizens A. To P. (born in 2005), Kh. G. (born in 2004), S. To P. (born in 2004), E. N. (born in 2005) and the bicycle boat to the shore.
