On July 28, at 15:20 information was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that four citizens had moved away from the shore on a pedal boat at the 2nd public beach of Lake Sevan and had been unable to return.

The water rescuers brought the citizens back from about 1 km away from the shore.
