On June 14, at 19։09 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that citizens had left the shore in a rubber boat and was unable to return from the nearby beach of Drakhtik village: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Special Water and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The water rescuers alongside water patrols brought the citizens and the rubber boat to the beach near Drakhtik village.
