On August 29, at 17։45 an emergency call was received to Gegherkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that citizens on a beach of Lake Sevan had left the shore and was unable to return: the water rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The water rescuers pulled three citizens and the rubber rowing boat from about 2 km from the shore out of ashore.
