On  September 4, at 17:57 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that citizens by the bicycle boat had left the shore and unable to return on the 2nd public  beach . 

The water rescue group of the Special Water Rescue Squad of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA on duty at the N2 public beach dispatched to the scene.

The water rescuers moved the bicycle boat and four citizens to ashore from a distance of about 2 km.
