On July 27, at 13:07 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that a boy had fallen in the Azat reservoir.

Two fire units from Special Water and Rescue and Fire and Rescue Squads and the rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The water rescuer removed the body of a citizen born in 2008 from a distance of about 4 meters from the shore.
