On June 26, at 17:14 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that two citizens by the rowing boat had left and unable to return to the shore: the rescuers’ help was needed. 

The water rescue group of the Special Water Rescue Squad of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The water rescuers moved the rowing boat and two foreigners to ashore from a distance of about 3.5 km.
