On August 1, at 05։37 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that the basement of one of the buildings had been flooded in Davtashen 4th district of Yerevan city.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that a water pipe in the yard was damaged as a result water to flow into the basement under high pressure. 

The rescuers removed about 25 tons of water from the basement.
