On March 23, at 22:06 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred near "Vstrech" bridge, there were casualties: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that at the crossroad of Rostovyan street and Artsakh avenue “Chevrolet” and “Mazda” cars collided.

The driver and two passengers of “Chevrolet” car, the driver and two more passengers of “Mazda” car were hospitalized to medical center.

The rescuers blocked off the scene and disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars.
