On September 3, at  16։36 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that vegetation had been on fire near Mets Mantash village of Shirak province.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 17:30 and extinguished at 18:33. About 30 ha of vegetation was burnt.
