On September 11, at 08։15 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Operative Management Center that the basement of a building had been flooded on Aghayan Street in Vanadzor town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the main drinking water pipe was damaged as a result the building basement was flooded.

The rescuers removed about 270 cubic meters of water from the basement using motor pumps.
