On March 3, at 21:17 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Karen Demirchyan Street in Vanadzor town, near the gas station.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department and the operative group of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that near 1B address on Karen Demirchyan Street, “Toyota” car had crashed into parked “DAF” truck, as a result of which fire broke out in “Toyota” car.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver and passenger of “Toyota” car were pulled out of the car by local forces and moved to medical center.

The fire was localized at 21:35 and extinguished at 21:42. The engine compartment, salon of “Toyota” car and about 2 square meters of the trailer of “DAF” truck burnt.
