On January 8, at 11:14 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that fire had broken out in an unexploited building on Yervand Kochar Street.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that the fire broke out in an unexploited cafe.

The fire was localized at 11:27 and extinguished at 12:01. The wooden constructions of the cafe (about 30 square meters) were burnt.
