On November 12, at 15։09 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Artsvanik-Kaghnut roadway. The rescuers' help was needed. 

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “UAZ” car ran off the roadway and rolled over about 100 meters into the gorge at the 7th km of Artsvanik-Kaghnut roadway. The driver died. 

The rescuers pulled the dead body out of the gorge on a stretcher (about 40 meters) and moved to the mortuary vehicle.
