On December 28, at 13:17 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that a truck with trailer had been unable to processed on Aparan-Nigavan roadway: road section has become impassable, there were 30 trucks: the rescuers' help was needed.

The operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

It turned out that “MAN” with trailer was unable to process due to black ice.

The rescuers alongside patrol service and Aparan RCC pulled the truck out of the roadway, which continued its trip. The traffic flow was restored.
