On February 6, at 18:08 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that a truck had skidded to a halt blocking the roadway on both sides near the intersection of Shinuhayr village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the emergency point of the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched dispatched at the scene.

The rescuers "Volvo" truck (driver R. O.) was towed, which continued its way. The traffic was restored.
