On October 24, at 14:16 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on the 1st km of the road section from Jermuk crossroads to Vayk town: a truck with a trailer overturned.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz" truck with trailer (driver R.K. born in 1980, loaded with about 28 tons of solar panels) overturned on the he 146th km of the Yerevan-Meghri roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the automotive battery of the car had been disconnected f by the local forces.

The rescuers implemented road washing activities. The special equipment was needed to put the car onto its wheels.
