On January 3, at 11։42 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that truck had skidded to a halt blocking the roadway on both sides on Yerevan-Kapan roadway: the rescuers' help was needed.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers and employees of Goris RCC CJSC jointly towed “Mercedes-Benz” truck. The traffic flow was restored.
